No pressure. No obligation. Just a conversation about what you are experiencing and whether TRT evaluation is appropriate.

Listen first

You deserve more than "your labs are fine"

Many men arrive here after being told they are simply getting older, stressed, busy, or out of shape. Sometimes that is part of the story. Sometimes hormones, sleep, metabolism, mood, medications, or chronic stress are involved too.

TRT is not about chasing a number or promising a quick fix. It is about identifying true testosterone deficiency when it is present, reviewing risks and benefits clearly, and creating a plan that is monitored carefully over time.

Common concerns

Signs low testosterone may be affecting your day-to-day life

Energy & Motivation

Feeling drained even after sleep, dragging through workouts, or needing more caffeine just to get through the day.

Libido & Sexual Function

Lower sexual desire, fewer morning erections, or changes in confidence and performance.

Mood & Irritability

Feeling flatter, more anxious, more irritable, or less resilient than you used to feel.

Focus & Mental Clarity

Brain fog, reduced drive, or difficulty staying mentally sharp through work and home life.

Strength & Body Composition

Loss of muscle, increased abdominal weight, slower recovery, or feeling like your effort is not matching your results.

Sleep & Recovery

Trouble sleeping, waking unrefreshed, or feeling like your body no longer bounces back the way it used to.

Evaluation first

Careful evaluation comes before treatment

Testosterone therapy is prescribed only when clinically appropriate. Your symptoms matter, but so do your lab values, medical history, cardiovascular risk factors, prostate health, sleep quality, fertility goals, medications, and overall health.

  • A detailed conversation about symptoms, goals, health history, sleep, stress, exercise, sexual health, and current medications
  • Morning testosterone testing, often repeated to confirm a low result
  • Additional labs when appropriate, such as CBC, CMP, PSA, estradiol, thyroid markers, lipids, A1c, LH/FSH, or other markers based on your history
  • A clear discussion of risks, benefits, alternatives, and whether TRT fits your goals
  • Ongoing monitoring so dosing stays thoughtful, effective, and safe

Safety matters

TRT should be personal, monitored, and medically appropriate

Testosterone therapy is not right for everyone. It may not be appropriate for men who are trying to preserve fertility in the near term or for men with certain prostate, blood count, sleep apnea, cardiac, or clotting concerns.

That is why your plan includes a medical review before starting and ongoing monitoring after treatment begins. If TRT is not the right fit, we will talk through other causes of your symptoms and next steps.
